Nightlife Accessories Giveaway – Official Rules & Terms

1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to all residents of South Africa with no age restrictions. Employees of Nightlife Accessories and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must make a successful purchase from Nightlife Accessories. For every R50 spent on products (shipping costs excluded), you receive one entry into the draw. Multiple entries are possible with multiple purchases.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway runs from 1 June 2026 to 1 August 2026. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be considered.

4. Prize

The prize will be as described in the giveaway announcement. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Nightlife Accessories reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the giveaway period. The draw will take place within 7 days of the giveaway closing date. The winner will be announced on our social media channels and contacted directly via the details provided at entry.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via direct message or email within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, Nightlife Accessories reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Delivery

The prize will be delivered to a South African address provided by the winner. Nightlife Accessories is not responsible for prizes lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected during the giveaway will only be used for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent, in accordance with applicable South African privacy legislation (POPIA).

9. General Conditions

Nightlife Accessories reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our control impairs the integrity of the promotion.
By entering, participants agree to these rules and the decisions of Nightlife Accessories, which are final and binding.
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform used to promote it.
